Hillsborough Castle is the official residence of the Royal Family when they visit Northern Ireland. Tours of the palace are available at weekends and any day in August. Wander through 98 acres of beautiful ornamental gardens, peaceful woodland and meandering waterways. The delightful Georgian village of Hillsborough also offers other lovely woodland walks through its forest park, fort and around the lake.
